“In the Martin and Hamilton Buildings, there are restrooms and places to sit near the elevators on every floor.”

  • The next Sensory-Friendly Morning is Sun Jan 10 2027, 9 am to noon, and registration is open now. The museum holds them on the second Sunday of January, April, July and October.
  • The museum doesn't say when it's calmer. Free days draw the biggest crowds: Sat Nov 7 (Night at the Museums, 10 am to 10 pm), Tue Dec 8 and Tue Jan 12. Tuesday evenings Nov 10, Dec 1 and Jan 5 have DIVA After Dark, with live music and a pop-up bar on Hamilton Building Level 1, 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
