A kid's gym in Broomfield built for neurotypical and neurodiverse kids, with swings, a trampoline, a zip slider and a Calming Room. Socks on, sensory exceptions always honored.
Open Play on the gym's Google calendar for late October: Tuesday to Friday 9:30 am to 5 or 6 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:30 am to 5 pm, closed Mondays. “Hours may vary, especially on weekends due to private parties.”
“For neurotypical and neurodiverse children of all ages.” “Walk-ins welcome anytime.” “No shoes in gym area. Socks required (sensory exceptions always honored).”
The gym includes a “Calming room” “for regulating emotions, and reduce negative sensory input.”
The gym has a Sensory Friendly Hours page, but right now the schedule on it is blank and nothing sensory shows on its calendar. A quick call to 720-826-2770 will get you the real answer.
Hours shift for private parties, especially on weekends. The gym points people to its Google listing, social media or schedule page, so check one of those or call before you drive.
The calendar shows Toddler Mornings ($12) from 9:30 am to 1 pm Tuesday to Friday and HomeSchool Wednesday ($14 per child). The gym doesn't say when it's quietest.
